Who controls the data
Personal data collected through this site is controlled by MudBike, at Isaija Mazhovski 16, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia.
For questions about personal data, contact us at [email protected].
The contact form
When you send a message through the form we process the details you enter, so that we can reply:
- Name — so we know how to address you.
- Email — so we can reply.
- Phone — required so we can call you about your enquiry.
- The topic and the text of your message.
- IP address and time of submission — only to protect against spam and abuse.
The message, including the IP address and submission time, is sent as an email to our own address and kept in our mailbox. It is not stored in any database on this site — the site is static and has none.
Lawful basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a service enquiry.
What we do not do
- No analytics and no visitor tracking.
- No advertising or profiling cookies.
- We do not sell your data. The external services described below process data to provide the functions explained in this notice.
- No accounts or profiles — there is nothing to sign up for.
The site uses browser localStorage for exactly two things: whether you prefer the light or dark theme, and which language you chose. Both stay on your device and are never sent anywhere.
An unfinished contact-form message, including the contact details you enter, is saved in sessionStorage in the current tab so it survives a reload or a visit to another page. The draft is removed after successful submission, when you choose “Discard draft”, or when the tab session ends. It is not sent to us until you submit the form.
Third-party services
The site uses external services for the following functions:
- OpenStreetMap — the contact-page map loads lazily from openstreetmap.org. Your browser may load it before you reach it. Loading the map makes your IP address visible to OpenStreetMap.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks whether a person is filling in the form. It loads on the contact page and processes technical data, including IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser information and site information, to protect against bots. We do not use Turnstile for advertising or profiling.
Fonts and all images are served from our own server, not from a third-party CDN.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email is the fastest way.
If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
