Frequently asked
What is detuning and do I need it?
Detuning dulls the edge at the nose and tail so the board does not catch when you turn or land. Recommended for park riding and beginners; for carving we leave it sharp.
How often does a board need waxing?
Roughly every 4–6 riding days. If the base looks white and dry near the edges, the wax is gone.
Do you service splitboards?
Yes, including the inner edges and the hardware. Bring the board assembled so we can check it as a whole.
